The registration has now been open for a while, and we are pleased to note that there is great interest in participating in the SECC this year. Currently, 16 teams have been registered, and more seem to be on the way.

Of the 16 vehicles, we have 7 Teslas of various models. The remaining 9 are divided between Skoda, Volvo EX90, Audi A6, Porsche, Zeekr, Mercedes and two different Kia models. Two teams are participating for the first time and the rest have actually done this before.

Last year's winner is back, hoping to defend his title and perhaps improve his personal best. But the competition is fierce. Zeekr, which can charge even faster than a Porsche, is a strong early favorite. But even the super-efficient Tesla Model 3, driven by real SECC veterans, will have a hand in the game. Or can an Audi take the top spot this summer?

As in previous years, we don't just have new cars. So far it seems that a Tesla model S from 2019 will be the oldest vehicle. In addition to the overall win, there are several interesting brand battles to follow. But also a family battle, where father and son will go into an interesting duel.

We are of course hoping for more participants to register, so if it sounds interesting and fun, don't hesitate to register. It will be fun, we can almost guarantee that.
